Before using Betvisa’s services, we recommend that you read the terms and conditions carefully. They apply to all account holders on the Betvisa website.

Client Responsibilities

Each user registered on the Betvisa platform accepts the following obligations:

  • Confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and have the authority to enter into legal transactions.
  • It is your responsibility to verify the legality of the use of Betvisa services in your jurisdiction. In case of doubt, you are advised to seek legal advice.
  • When making payments to Betvisa you confirm that you are an authorised user of the chosen payment method.
  • All activities carried out within the service are solely on behalf of a private individual and not for commercial purposes or on behalf of any third party.
  • You are responsible for any losses incurred as a result of bets made under the terms of this document.

The Service is used for legitimate purposes only, without manipulation of the betting market or its elements to the detriment of its integrity.

Registration & Account

Registration may be rejected at Betvisa’s discretion without explanation in order to protect the integrity of the service.

Registration and acceptance of the terms and conditions of the user agreement is required to use the company’s services. The KYC process may require copies of documents proving identity, residence and source of income.

It is important to provide accurate and complete information when registering. Inaccurate information may result in account suspension and/or legal consequences.

Betvisa only allows you to register one account. If multiple accounts are detected, they will be terminated.

It is the user’s responsibility to keep their password confidential and to update it regularly. In the event of unauthorised access to an account, Betvisa must be notified immediately.

Information or content from the service may not be transferred to another user or third party using screen shots (or similar methods).

Service Availability

Betvisa services are not available to persons under the age of 18 (or under the age of consent in your jurisdiction). You may not sell or transfer your account to third parties, nor may you purchase other users’ accounts. Transferring funds between player accounts is also not allowed.

In case of illegal use of the service, Betvisa will cancel the account with prior notice. Depending on the circumstances, the company may take legal action.

Geographical Limitations

Please note that there are exceptions for a number of countries such as Iraq, Denmark, Philippines, Jordan, Italy, Estonia, USA, Australia, Iran, Spain, Cambodia, Pakistan, France, Yemen, Turkey, Afghanistan, Ethiopia, Hong Kong, Syria, North Korea and Kuwait where poker, sports betting, casino games and lotteries are fully or partially prohibited.


Any information you provide to Betvisa will be treated strictly in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy. Disclosure of users’ identities will only be possible upon lawful request by the competent authorities.

Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to jurisdictions that cannot guarantee the same level of data protection. This agreement authorises the transfer of personal information to provide the service in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Account Management

To join Betvisa, you must register an account and provide accurate information. The company reserves the right to close or suspend an account with a refund to ensure the integrity of the service.

If an account is blocked without prior notice, all funds will be refunded, except in situations where contracts have already been fulfilled. Betvisa also has the right to refuse, limit, cancel and/or set betting limits at its discretion.

Financial Transactions on Betvisa

Financial transactions that are carried out on the Betvisa platform must comply with the following terms and conditions:

  • Users can deposit funds into their gaming account using the various methods specified on the company’s website. In the case of deposits in a different currency, the conversion is done at the current exchange rate.
  • When withdrawing large sums, Betvisa reserves the right to request documents for identity verification.
  • The company is not a financial institution: transactions on deposit and withdrawal of funds are carried out through third-party payment systems.
  • All payments must be made in good faith, without attempted cancellation or recourse to third parties for cancellation. In the event of a refund, Betvisa is entitled to charge a fee, including an administration fee.
  • The User agrees to the use of third parties to process payments, provided that they are familiar with their rules and requirements, which shall not conflict with Betvisa’s terms and conditions.
  • Transactions may be subject to money laundering or terrorist financing checks.
  • Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Communication & Notifications

All communications and notifications from players should be sent to [email protected]. Communications from the company are published on the website and/or sent individually to the registered email address.

Betvisa is not responsible for delays or failure to provide services due to force majeure, including natural disasters, power outages, telecommunication network failures.

Rules of Conduct & Safety

It is strictly forbidden to post false, misleading or illegal information on the platform, as well as any actions contrary to the law or the principles of Betvisa. Users who violate these rules are subject to blocking and/or other sanctions, including legal liability.

Stand-Alone Exemption

If you feel overly addicted to betting or have a gambling addiction, consider self-exclusion. This will allow you to cease activity on the Betvisa platform for a period of 6 months or more. Alternatively, you can close your account or temporarily pause your gaming.

What Happens with Self-Exclusion?

Self-Exclusion blocks you from betting through your account, but you will still have access to your account and funds. Any new accounts created by the user will be detected by Betvisa and closed as soon as possible.

Notification of Self-Exclusion

To block an account or self-exclude, please send requests to [email protected] where you will be contacted by technical support staff.


If you have any questions or concerns, please contact support. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your bet, please contact Betvisa as soon as possible. Such queries will be answered within 15 days. Claims must be submitted within three days of the betting decision. Expired claims will not be accepted.


In the event of a dispute between you and Betvisa, the support team will do its best to resolve the dispute. If no agreement can be reached, the matter will be referred to the company’s management. If a dispute cannot be resolved within the platform, the licensing authorities will be contacted.

Account Registration & Security

You may not create accounts on behalf of others or provide false information. The use of your profile for commercial purposes is prohibited. Betvisa reserves the right to change nicknames if it deems them unacceptable.

Rights & Obligations

Rights or obligations under these terms and conditions may not be transferred to third parties without the written consent of Betvisa. If the terms of service change, a third party service may provide similar services without your consent. Any breach of material terms and conditions may result in suspension or termination of your account without notice.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao. All disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Curaçao.
